K'Lonj Collections, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. How
ever, for added peace of mind, we offer the option to add insurance through priority shipping via USPS. This insurance protection provides coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit. If you purchase Priority Shipping and your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, you can file a claim directly with USPS by following the instructions provided in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting their website at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.


International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide.

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for any custom fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

  • We are not responsible for any delays, customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

  • International shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs processing times in the destination country.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments due to customs clearance procedures in different countries.

  • In the event of a lost or delayed package, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
